Sitting Down with Peter Brukner

#87 Monday, October 16, 2017

While at Low-Carb Down Under in Gold Coast last week, Richard Morris interviewed Dr. Peter Brukner, a well-known sports-medicine physician in Australia. Peter is leading a war on sugar with a campaign called Sugar By Half, aimed at reducing the sugar hiding in industrial foods (schools, hospitals, etc.) by 50%. He talks about working with sports teams, advocating a low-carb diet, and getting great results. Lots of great nuggets in this show.
